What not to do

Just as the familiar theme to 'The Wire' is ending, don't walk in and start telling me about a check you wrote last year that hasn't cleared. Shows worth watching have a thing called dialogue, and it can be kinda important. For this same reason talking is discouraged in a theatre.

I don't mean to be a prick, but fug.....

Idol messed up the votes last night and people have to vote again tonight. As if we don't feel silly enough the first time in the heat of the moment...oi vey.

Lunch is getting to be a real drag this week. Going everywhere by myself is losing it's luster. I feel a bit like a cipher walking in the restaurant, and there are only so many errands to run. I realize this is a contradiction of my usual anti-social behavior. I guess there are limits to how much space I need after all. The truth be told, I'm feeling pretty lonely this week, what with no one around, and only Flanders to annoy me. I no longer use IM either...sadly.

Oh eff! I let Netflix send me a disc of 'Space 1999' episodes. There are some things that seem like a good idea in principal, but when the time comes to actually watch them you have no interest, this is one of those times.
